At the Mobile World Congress 2014, Samsung has finally put an end to all rumurs and speculations by way of announcing the new Samsung Galaxy S5. Advanced camera, fast network connectivity, a dedicated fitness tool and enhanced device protection – these are the four key things that you’re going to enjoy if you decide to get the said smartphone when it comes available.
The Samsung Galaxy S5 features a 16MP camera with enhanced menu and user interface that will let you take, edit and share photos easily. It also features autofocus speed up to 0.3 seconds, high dynamic range (HDR), and selective Auto Focus that allows you to create a shallow depth of field (DOF) effect.
When it comes to connectivity speed, well, there’s advanced LTE connectivity and Wi-Fi 802.11ac and 2×2 MIMO. It also now features Download Booster which is a Wi-Fi technology that bonds Wi-Fi and LTE to boost data speed.
And since users today are getting more concerned about their health, the Samsung Galaxy S5 comes with an enhanced S Health 3.0 feature that will help you stay fit and heatlhy. S Health is a fitness tracker that helps you monitor and manage your behavior. It also comes with a built-in pedometer, diet and exercise tracker. Even more important is its built-in heart rate monitor.
When it comes to design, the Samsung Galaxy S5 features a perforated patter on the back cover, contoured shape and various color selections such as charcoal Black, White, Blue and Copper Gold.
