As soon as Google announced its Android Wear project, Motorola also announced one of the first wearables to support the said Google project, and that is the wristwatch known as the Moto 360. According to Motorola, the Moto 360 is a truly modern timepiece that tells you not only the time but more information as well. Motorola says that it’s their way of reimagining the wristwatch of the future.

As such, the Moto 360 will keep you on time and up to date without taking you out of the moment or distracting you. It will send you alerts and notifications and will also let you know when somebody is calling or emailing you. It will also tell you about your next meeting or even a new post made by your friends on their social accounts. The Moto 360 is also voice activated. Hence, you can ask questions, schedule an appointment or text message or even set an alarm using your voice.

And to make the Moto 360 really a wearable, meaning something that you’ll not be too shy to wear on your wrists, the Moto 360 sports an iconic design. It has a round face and is made of premium materials. In short, while the wristwatch serves its purposes, it is also pleasant to look at and comfortable to wear. Well, we’ll see about that once this product becomes available in the market.

Motorola says that the Moto 360 will be ready by summer. In the meantime, check out the promo video of the Moto 360 below.
