The ZTE Nubia X6 is coming soon as we mentioned a couple of weeks ago. No need to wait as the phone-tablet has been announced recently in Beijing. The phablet is the latest mobile device coming from the emerging market China.
The ZTE Nubia X6 is packed with the following: 6.44-inch screen, 1080p display resolution, 7.9mm-thin, 3GB RAM, 2.3GHz quad-core Snapdragon 801 chipset, 13 megapixel rear camera, f/2.0 aperture, 5-element lens and OIS, 13MP front-facing camera, backside illumination, dual-SIM card slot, dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0 connectivity, NFC, USB 3.0 with OTG, 3G/LTE, a 4250mAh battery, and noise-cancelling microphones.
You can choose from either the 32GB, 64GB, and 128GB storage capacity with different pricing: $485, $565, and $645. Sorry to burst your bubble, the phablet may have a dual-SIM card slot but it has no microSD slot for expansion. There’s USB On-the-Go though so you can attach a flash drive.
The Nubia X6 is expected to be a hot seller because of its big screen size but the smartphone won’t be available outside China.
The phablet will run Android but we have no idea what version it will be. We’re expecting it will be KitKat but it could still be Jellybean. Let’s just wait and see.
