Just last week, specs of the Samsung Galaxy S5 Zoom have been spotted written on a piece of paper. This week, we’re seeing a leaked picture of the cameraphone. The Galaxy S5 Zoom aka the Galaxy K is Samsung’s second venture in the camera-phone game. It’s more of a camera that has basic phone capabilities.
The Samsung Galaxy K name is different from last year’s Galaxy S4 Zoom name reference but it’s under the same category. Rumor has it that the K Zoom (S5 Zoom) will boast of a 20 megapixel sensor, 4.8-inch display, HD resolution, 2GB RAM, 10x optical zoom and Xenon flash, Android 4.4.2 KitKat, and either a 1.3 GHz Samsung Exynos 5 Hexa CPU or a 1.3 GHz Samsung Exynos 5 Hexa CPU, plus ARM Mali-T624 graphics processor.
The cameraphone has been pictured. Well, it’s just a leaked photo but we can now tell it really has a 10x optical zoom like the previous model, metal camera ring, and faux leather back. No mention on the dimensions but it sure looks very compact.
You may remember this cameraphone has been benchmarked a couple of weeks ago but there are now some changes in the specs. I guess we just have to wait for Samsung’s official announcement.
