We’ve previously told you about the Samsung Galaxy K Zoom which was teased to us by Samsung via a post on their Instagram account. Today, Samsung has just made this official and officially introduced the new Galaxy K Zoom. Featuring a 20.7MP BSI CMOS sensor and 10x optical zoom, Samsung brands this digital snapper as the new camera specialized smartphone.
Simply put, the Samsung Galaxy K Zoom blends advanced digital camera technology with several features that you’d normally look for in an advanced smartphone device. As such, it is equipped with retracting lens technology that provides optical image stabilizer (OIS) that reduces blur caused by movement. It’s also works great even in low-light conditions and even comes with Xenon Flash for brighter light to improve image quality output.
Other camera-related features of the Galaxy K Zoom include AF/AE Separation that gives precise balance of light and clarity and Pro Suggest mode which offers 5 optimized filter settings. And for the selfie addicts, this camera features Selfie Alarm that lets you take timed selfies easily using its 2.0MP front-facing HD camera. Design-wise, the Galaxy K Zoom features an ergonomic grip with sleek, stylish lines that is said to be soft and comfortable in the hand.
As for its smartphone features, the Galaxy K Zoom comes with Ultra Power Saving Mode, S Health Lite and Studio app. Under the hood, the Galaxy K Zoom comes with 2GB of RAM and 8GB of internal storage plus microSD slot, LTE and 3G connectivity, Wi-Fi, 1.3GHz Quad-Core processor, 4.5-inch HD Super AMOLED display, and 2430 mAh battery.
