Although a bit delayed in its offering, Sony Mobile didn’t mind and went ahead in introducing its latest smartphone offering, the Xperia C3. Dubbed as the new smartphone for selfies, the Xperia C3 boasts of a 5MP wide-angle front camera enhanced by Superior Auto mode and soft LED flash. In addition, you’ll also be able to add some flare to your self-portrait using the AR effect on the front camera as well as the phone’s portrait retouch feature that you can use to style close-ups in real-time. You can further enhance your photo using 10 different Deco frames. Aside from photos, the Xperia C3 is also good for video calls, especially since it has 5.5-inch HD display.
Other features of the Sony Xperia C3 include, an 8MP main camera, 4G/LTE network connectivity, dual-SIM slot, and 2,500 mAh battery. Under the hood, the Xperia C3 is powered by Snapdragon Quad-core 1.2 Ghz processor and 1GB of RAM with 8GB of Flash memory. When it comes to design, the Xperia C3 measures 7.6mm and weighs only 150g.
The Sony Xperia C3 is scheduled for release this August in China. No information yet on when it will be offered in other countries. It will be available in black, white and mint. No words yet on pricing.
