LG G Vista

LG G3 is not the only handset which will hit retail this month, the OEM is rumored to be working on another handset dubbed as LG G Vista which is destined to reach Verizon in the coming weeks. The well-informed @evleaks posted a press render of the device a few days back, showing the handset in all its glory. The handset is rumored to be the “lite” version of the LG G Pro 2.

The handset carries the usual LG design introduced with LG G3 and the G Pro 2, but the details about what it will were scarce until now. Recently, the prolific Twitter leaker @evleaks revealed the specifications of the LG G Vista, which appears to be a mid-range offering from the Korean OEM.

The leak revealed that LG G Vista will rock a 5.7-inch display sporting a resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels, and should come with a quad-core Snapdragon 400 MSM8926 processor with 1.5GB of RAM. Other features include 8GB internal storage, 8MP rear camera, 1.3MP front-facing, a 3,200 mAh battery, and runs Android 4.4 KitKat as its operating system. The handset is only 9.1mm thick and weighs only 168g.

At the moment, there’s no official word from Verizon or LG about the alleged LG G Vista, but considering the pace at which the leaks are popping up, it shouldn’t be long before it’s officially announced. We’ll update you as soon as we come across anything.
