Manufacturers have been releasing the mini versions of their flagship devices from sometime now. Samsung recently released the Galaxy S5 Mini, and so does HTC. It’s not just these two, LG is also expected to launch the mini version of their flagship LG G3 in the coming weeks. We’ve heard a plethora of rumors about its existence, and today, a user manual for the alleged device with a name LG G3S, believed to be the LG G3 Mini, has popped up.
The user manual shows that the LG G3S comes with a model number D772V — said to be the Vodafone variant of the device. Unfortunately, the user manual didn’t reveal any juicy details about the alleged handset, but we’ve seen rumors hinting at what we could expect from it.
Rumors suggest the LG G3 Mini will come with a 5-inch display sporting a resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels, and is said to come with a quad-core Snapdragon 400 SoC with 2GB of RAM on board. It’s also expected to come with 16GB of internal storage which can be expanded by a microSD card slot, and Android 4.4.2 Kitkat as its operating system. The alleged LG G3S aka G3 Mini should come with a similar design as the flagship device, but with a smaller display.
There’s no official word about the device as of now, but we’ll keep an eye on the news and update you if we come across anything.
