Earlier today, AT&T announced that it will start selling the Windows Phone 8.1 powered Lumia 635 on the GoPhone prepaid service. Well, it’s not the only device that will make its way to the carrier: the HTC Desire 610 will also launch on the network’s prepaid.
Starting July 25th, customers can get the 4G capable Desire 610 for $199.99 off-contract. The device is also available on AT&T Next plans starting as low as $8.34 per month — it’s available for $8.34 per month on AT&T 18 and $10 per month on AT&T 12. Interested customers can also get the GoPhone Desire 610 for $199.99.
Specwise, it comes with a 4.7-inch display sporting a resolution of 854 by 480 pixels, and comes with a quad-core Snapdragon 400 SoC clocked at 1.2GHz. There’s 1GB of RAM on board and 8GB internal storage which can be expanded via a MicroSD card slot, an 8MP camera for photos and videos, 1.3MP front-facing camera, a 2,040 mAh battery and runs Android 4.4.2 Kitkat as its operating system out of the box.
