Given it accommodates essentially the finest components an Android device maker can gain access to nowadays, Quad HD display and Snapdragon 801 processor included, plus an exquisite, nearly edge-to-edge, one-of-a-kind design, it’s hard to picture the LG G3 could get any better.
Not even the Korea-only “Prime” variant, packing a Snapdragon 805 chip and Cat. 6 LTE, can outshine the international G3, since the former is likely faster in a fashion that’s unperceivable for the naked eye.
But wait a minute, LG just made an announcement of great interest to fashion-absorbed G3 cravers. Remember how the 5.5-inch smartphone was supposed to roll out in five color options, but so far hit store shelves in three?
Well, apparently, the final two pieces of the multi-chromatic puzzle are poised to see daylight next month. The jazzy Moon Violet and Burgundy Red flavors will be “rolled out in select markets starting in August and continuing over several weeks”, according to official, much-too-vague statements.
What select markets? When exactly? And will any of the two swanky handhelds hit a stateside carrier exclusively, a la Sprint’s razzle-dazzle Shine Gold big fella? Fret not, all your questions will be answered in due time.
