3D printer manufacturer MakerBot today announced that the second MakerBot-Ready App is now available. The app, developed by Fraemes, enables users to 3D-print as many personalized iPhone cases as they want with no design experience necessary.

Users of the app can select designs from Fraemes’ collection, which includes cityscapes, pop culture icons and monograms, each customizable with shapes and text. Each “insert” fits into the Fraemes iPhone 5/5S bumper, which must be purchased for $12. The designs cost $1 or less.

In addition to printing the cases on a MakerBot printer, they can be ordered and purchased for $20 at one of the MakerBot Retail Stores in New York, Boston or Greenwich, Conn.

The first MakerBot-Ready App, announced in June, was Modio, an iPad app that enables users to design and 3D-print poseable creatures and characters.
