Chatter Bug offers VoIP that even your grandma could use

If you’re afraid to use VoIP because it’s too difficult to set up (which it’s not), Chatter Bug is for you. Chatter Bug is a device that connects to your analog land line phone. It works by detecting if you are dialing a local number (or 911) or a long-distance number. If you’re dialing a local number, you’re routed through your local phone provider…. however if you dial a long-distance number, you’re routed through Chatter Bug’s service. The service is only $9.99 per month. All you’ve got to do is buy it, plug it in to your existing phone, and register on their website. Sounds to me like a nice low-tech solution to cheaper long-distance.
