Sling Media, last week, received $46.6 million in funding from Goldman, Sachs & Co., Liberty Media Corporation and Echostar Communications. This major move by Echostar may prove to be a huge advantage for the company. Imagine accessing all On Demand movies or other Dish content at any point in time. This can be a reality if a partnership ensues between the two companies.
