Password Advice

There has been a huge increase in hacking passwords on the internet recently. To protect yourself we are recommending that you change your password frequently and keep these points in mind. To be strong, a password must:

• Contain at least seven, but no more than 16, characters.
• Combine three of the four different types of characters:
1. Uppercase letters (for example: A, B, C).Lowercase letters (for example: a, b, c).
2. Numerals (for example: 1, 2, 3).
3. Symbols (` ~ ! @ # $ % ^ & * ( ) _ + – = { } | [ ] : ” ; ‘ <> ? , . /).
• Not be a common word or name, or a close variation.
