Dell stopped selling its hard drive MP3 players since they have not gained any share on the iPod. Dell discontinued three Digital Jukebox players that sold for between $200 to $300. Dell still will sell the $99, flash based, DJ Ditty. Dell introduced the music players in 2003 as part of a strategy to expand sales beyond desktop PCs. Dell will continue selling music players from other device makers, including Creative, on its Web site.
