NEC slim phones

The NEC e636 slim phone and N500iS are both only around 13.9mm and support 3G UTMS and 2.5 HSPDA network abilities. The phones differ slightly but have camera, color screens, BlueTooth, MP3 support, and memory slots. The phones are designed for high data transfers with speeds up to 3.6Mbps, almost 10 times faster than current handsets.

These phones look sweet, especially once we factor in their download speeds. Check out a shot of the NEC e636.
