Craft mag for gadget fans

The premier issue of the new “Craft” magazine is on US shelves this week from the creators of “Make” magazine. It’s not a traditional gadget mag, but it features a few non-traditional project-based crafts including knitted iPod covers, robot dolls and the Electric Tank Top – a shirt with programmable miniature LEDs complete with code. They offer a “How To” section for most of the projects and even include tips for ‘troubleshooting your garment!” If you’ve seen the hand made Pac-Man dolls in the book “i am 8-bit,” you’ll be familiar with the coolness factor of some of these projects.
