CrackBerry.com wants to simultaneously cure and aid your addiction

You’ve joked about your PDS being as addictive as crack, but now there’s a way to win a bit of rehab through Crackberry.com. (Yep, a site using a drug reference in its names claims it wants to help cure an addiction. Sigh.) The site is having a “Confess Your Addiction” contest where the winner can choose between a BlackBerry or a weekend getaway where you promise to “lock away your BlackBerry.” Now if you are truly addicted, would you even choose the getaway? Like an addict wouldn’t lie to your face and have a backup BlackBerry ready for the trip. Other prizes include credits for pimping your PDA, hats and BlackBerry accessories.

The CrackBerry site, which launched in February 2007, offers news and updates about BlackBerry tech, hardware and game reviews. There’s even a hack about converting an Altoids tin into a USB charger. Fresh breath and a fresh charge. We’ll certainly keep an eye or two on this site.
