Epson’s Digital Darkroom system is a new addition to the digital photography market, entering a crowded market of high end machines capable of editing and crunching thousands of images daily.
Packaged with the Endeavor CM3100 desktop, are Epson’s PX-5800 inkjet printer, GT-X900 scanner, P-5000 photo viewer, the 21-inch WSXGA+ capable ColorEdge CE210W monitor from EIZO, and Photoshop CS2.
Gadgetell’s advice is to give this package a miss and head over to Apple.com to order a Mac Pro with a 30″ Apple Cinema Display.
The suite will retail for around the $5,000 mark.
