Nothing tells us less about a new phone than a blurry image, but we do love to see them. We have what appears to be a new Treo smartphone running Windows Mobile with the Palm logo (upper left) and Vodaphone logo (center). Still unsure of any further details, maybe this is the new 800w that was recently rumored to be launching on Verizon later this year.
