Amp’d Mobile has who has recently filed for bankruptcy has been given at least a small chance to stay open. The US Bankruptcy Court has given Amp’d permission to use $7.5 million from its largest creditor who just happens to be the same company that is threatening to shut Amp’d down. Of the $7.5 million they will have to keep $2.45 million in reserve. A new hearing is scheduled for June 25th, it does not look good for Amp’d.
