Toshiba adds 4GB microSDHC card to its memory card line-up

Toshiba's 4GB microSDHC CardToshiba has expanded its line of small-format, high-speed, high-capacity memory cards with the launch of microSDHC cards that range from 256MB to 4GB. The 4GB microSDHC card meets SD memory card standard Ver 2, the SD card standard for high density SD products with a capacity of over 2GB. Besides using in dedicated microSDHC slots, it can also be used in standard card slots in an adapter. The microSDHC cards are most preferred used as a memory card for mobile phones that can take high resolution photos and video recording. The new cards will be available worldwide from July. Toshiba will continue to increase development and improvement of its SDHC and SD memory card series to meet the market’s demand for high-speed, high-capacity products.
