Being based in the U.K, the Download Squad has taken incentive to figure out if the recent rumors about an iTunes UK Video Store by looking through localization strings.
What they found was considerable evidence of games on the iPhone.

There’s obviously no games out for the iPhone yet, it seems only logical (given these strings) that Apple would add some to the iTunes Store.
This could also mean nothing. If I remember correctly, similar strings were found in iTunes regarding games for the AppleTV. Hear anything materialize out of that?
