symbian sling player mobile private betaSlingMedia has just announced a private beta for Symbian based phones. Currently a limited private beta, you can apply to be a part. In order to apply you need to be in the US and using a 3G or Wi-fi Symbian (S60) device, which means the Nokia N75, Nokia N95 or Nokia E65. You can be using any model Slingbox in the house and should have an unlimited data plan for your phone. In addition, you have to fill out an application and agree to not let any details out, complete a few short surveys, report any bugs or issues, and promise to watch lots and lots of TV.

The private beta is expected to last about 4 weeks.
