You are a spy, a dedicated spy, a spy that will go to the ends of the earth to find the information that your bosses require. So your task is to find out about the new propeller design on the Ohio-class US submarine.

How do you go about it? Simple it seems – just fire up Microsoft Virtual Earth and hey presto there you go! Seems like a bit of a mess up on everybody´s part really as the propellers are meant to be covered up when out of the water, and Microsoft surely should be more careful. That said it does look a totally amazing propeller …….

I guess this opens up an interesting point. Sure we smile at this and we all had a huge grin when Dick Cheney allegedly got his residence removed from Google Maps. At what point do the likes of Microsoft and Google have to step back and look at the broader picture? At what point do we as individuals have to step up and take an objective view on the level of information that we have access to?
