Adobe has provided a very early sneak look at Photoshop Express, first mentioned by CEO Bruce Chizen six months ago.

Information is somewhat sparse, but the concept seems to be to do for image editing what Premiere Express has done for video editing, that is enable mash-ups and remixes off Photobucket, MTV.com and YouTube’s TestTube.

Maybe more difficult will be to see where this fits in with Photoshop CS3 and Photoshop Elements, although the plan is to make it complimentary to them rather than a replacement to either of them.

Photoshop Express isn’t meant to duplicate/replace Photoshop CS3 or Photoshop Elements. Rather, it’s a new member of the Photoshop family that’s meant to make Adobe imaging technology immediately accessible to large numbers of people.
