Asus recently announced two new systems, the R300 and R700. Both feature a wide array of goodies.
The R700 features a 4.3-inch touchscreen, 64 of RAM, 128MB of ROM, and a 400MHz Samsung CPU. For all your music and video needs, it supports AAC, MP3, WMA and MPEG-4 (H.263). Additionally, it features microSD card slot, Bluetooth 2.0, and can receive SMS messages. We like that it sports a built-in RDS-TMC receiver for traffic updates and you can also listen to FM radio via its FM Tuner.
The R300 is basically the same as the R700 but it doesn’t have some key features such as the RDS-TMC receiver and its screen is only 3.5 inches. Both of these units are scheduled to be released in Europe in November for an undisclosed price.
