Pictured above is a screenshot from the PC version of Gears of War. The Xbox 360 smash hit from Epic, was eventually bound to make it to the PC platform, and it will on November 9th.
However, this version is a little different than most Console->PC ports, in just that: it’s not a port. Gears of War for the 360 was made specifically for that console, so making a PC requires the same amount of effort.
Take that amount and add some, as there will be exclusive content in the PC game. There will be 5 new single player levels, 3 new multiplayer maps, one new multiplayer mode called “King of the Hill” and a map editor. This content will probably not be on the 360 for quite some time; even Cliffy B’s not that good.
Once again, Gears of War will be out on the PC (Vista only, sorry XP-ers) on November the 9th.
