So it has been written, so let it be done.
The Xbox 360 Arcade edition is starting to pop up in brick and mortar stores, 10 days before we reported that it would be available online. Pictured to the right is the Arcade in a Havermill, Massachusetts Target store. As you can probably make out, the price is set at “$279.99″; exactly what Amazon had set the price at earlier this month.
Just as a refresher, the Arcade comes bundled with a 256MB Card, no Hard Drive, and 5 free Xbox Live Arcade games.
For those casual HD gamers, you may want to call up your local game shop to pick one of these
