According to LesDelliena, a French site, the specs for Dell’s first tablet PC have been finalized. The Latitude XT will run on Intel’s 1.2GHz ultra low-voltage Core 2 Duo which is combined with an AMD-made ATI motherboard that sports Radeon Xpress 1250 integrated graphics. The 12-inch touchscreen LCD gives buyers an option of either a traditional cold-cathode florescent technology or a thinner and more efficient LED light. Besides that, the device allow up to 3GB of RAM in two slots. The device will have Bluetooth and 802.11n Wi-Fi as wireless options. Dell Latitude XT is rumored to be officially released on November 5th of this year but there’s no word on the price.
