Altec Lansing Orbit portable speaker system

Altec Lansing has just introduced a a new portable speaker system; the Orbit. A small and lightweight speaker system that will give you up to 24 hours of music from 3-AA batteries. The Orbit will work with just about any portable media player or mobile phone, the cable from the speaker is a standard 3.5mm headphone jack and it also comes with a 2.5mm adapter. The Orbit has a “cone design with a custom-built Altec Lansing speaker to project a 360-degree sound field.” The Orbit will be available soon for around $60.
