AT&T has officially announced the BlackJack II with an availability “by the end of the year”. The BlackJack II is a Tri-band 3G UMTS/HSDPA and Quad-band EDGE/GPRS phone running Windows Mobile 6 and is powered by AT&T’s 3G-enabled BroadbandConnect network.
The BlackJack II will feature:

The BlackJack II will be available in black or red wine and will retail for $149.99 after a mail-in-rebate along with a two-year agreement.
