It looks like Verizon will soon be getting the Samsung SCH-U940, which is the CDMA version of the F700. PhoneArena.com has confirmed from an “internal source” that the SCH-U940 will launch within a few months. The U940 is expected to feature a 2.78-inch touch-screen display at 440 x 240 with a full slide-out QWERTY keyboard, microSD for additional storage, stereo Bluetooth and a 2-megapixel camera with flash and video. No word on pricing, lets just hope this “internal source” was accurate because this will make a great addition to the Verizon lineup.
