E-Ten has announced the availability of the Glofiish X800. A very nice looking phone that is missing one important item; a QWERTY keyboard. The X800 is a Windows Mobile 6 Pocket PC device that features a 2.8-inch display at 640 x 480 resolution, runs a 500MHz Samsung processor with a dedicated SiRFstar III GPS chipset. The X800 supports 3.5G HSDPA connectivity that will allow for fast and enjoyable web surfing and downloading and has an easy-to-customize interface that will show most of your important information on one screen.
The X800 is expected to be in “key markets” within a few weeks, pricing has not yet been announced. While the X800 seems to be a very nice handset, we cannot forget the M800 that comes with the slide-out QWERTY keyboard.
