About a week ago, Magellan had created a pretty basic and cheap GPS dubbed the RoadMate 1200. The weird thing at that time was that it wasn’t mentioned anywhere on the Magellan website. Some thought that it was going to be for Black Friday since it was so cheap. Now, it is mentioned on their website, yet it still doesn’t say if it was meant for Black Friday or not.
Basically, it comes with a 3.5-inch touchscreen and comes with preloaded maps of the U.S., Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Additionally, it runs on SiRFstarIII GPS receiver, has a rechargeable battery of up to 3 hours, and 1.3 million points of interest.
It is currently on sale for the inexpensive price of $230.
