The 8G Asus Eee PC is now online at Dynamism and is expected to begin shipping in mid to late-December. The 8G is similar overall to the 4G with a few notable improvements. Mainly the increased storage now at 8GB instead of the original 4GB and the RAM was also increased from 512MB to 1GB. Again, similar to the 4G, the 8G will also be available in both black or white. These two improvements will however set you back an extra $100, as the 8G Eee PC retails for $499.
