Is there some honor in being called the “world’s most expensive” anything at all? If there is, then kudos go to Audio Junkies for the launching of the “world’s most expensive car audio system.” Talk about indulgence! This goes far beyond that extra piece of pie or scoop of ice cream! This is sheer…depravity!
Not to say this not-so-little baby isn’t special, for it most certainly is. Hailing from Australia, this new car audio system utilizes digital signal processing, high efficiency drivers and some of the most advanced amplifiers ever made. The various drivers featured in the RA:1K are flexible enough to be used in each system set up. Even cooler than that is the central amplifier, which features a built-in phone, which allows technicians to dial in and adjust the system from anywhere in the world!
The amplifier also serves as a sort of trouble-shooter and automatically notifies the dealer if there are any problems that need to be addressed. This system is wonderful for the mercurial among us who change moods frequently, for almost anything it contains can be altered to suit particular preferences, including Titanium amplifier housing and specialized logos and designs. The latest technological advances will permit this system to be capable of burning 4 tweeters, 4 mid-range drivers and 1 or 2 subwoofers.
The Rogue Acoustics Audio System is expected to be available next year for a price range of $72,00-$330,00. Not a problem for most of us; that is, if we like second and maybe even third mortgages!
