Sony giving 100 free books with purchase of a Reader

Sony is now offering a deal that will give you up to 100 free books with the purchase of a Reader. I initially thought this was an attempt to steal some holiday sales from the Kindle, but then I remembered that the Kindle will be unavailable until after the holidays anyway.
Sony’s offer will give 100 free Classic titles with the purchase of a Reader until January 31, 2008. However, similar to other free offers there are some limitations, the 100 free titles will have to be chosen from the Classic titles section, which depending on your personal taste may or may not be for you. The Classic titles normally run $1.99 each, so this is a pretty good offer, but the credit must be used before February 29, 2008 so make sure you pick your free books quickly.
