The Starry Night Sleep Technology Bed by Leggett and Platt proves that when it rains it really can pour when it comes to gadgets that provide comfort. Tempting and ready to seduce you into sleep on the impending CES floor, this bed is misleading for it is so much more than just another double bed.

How so you may ask, try to stay awake just a moment longer for the incredible news. Dubbed the “world’s smartest and sexiest bed,” the Starry Night Sleep Bed features its own theater system, iPod dock, disk storage, and Internet connectivity. Add to that a diagnostic tools designed to monitor the body’s temperature and movements using a vibration-detection system. Its integrated surround speaker system rises from the headboard and footboard and an LCD headboard projector shoots an image on the opposing wall. You can also listen to 1.5 terabytes of disc storage that can hold almost 40,000 songs. Best of all, each side of the mattress has its own temperature settings and all of this can be yours for anywhere between $20,000-$50,000!
