Toshiba has announced twenty new LCD TV’s in a five series range, with a model for “every lifestyle” they will be focused on improving image quality, connectivity and design. The new lineup includes the AV500 Series, Regza CV510, RV530, XV540 and the Cinema Series Regza XF550. They will be ranging in price from $429.99 through $3199.99.
The AV500 Series will offer 720p resolution and range in size from 19-inch to 42-inches and be in high-gloss black cabinets. They feature DynaLight dynamic backlight control for deep black levels, an ATSC/QAM digital tuner along with HDMI and PC inputs.
The Regza CV510 will be available in models ranging from 32-inch to 37-inches and feature Toshiba’s PixelPure 4G processor with 720p resolution. This lineup will have a thin 1.5-inch bezel with SoundStrip speaker system and the new gaming mode that will allow for faster response when playing. They feature 3 HDMI 1.3 inputs with Regza link for easy connections to your components.
Next up we have the 1080p full HD Regza RV530 series, they will feature a 15,000:1 dynamic contrast, 4 HDMI inputs, high-res PC input. They will be available in 32-inch, 37-inch, 42-inch, 46-inch and 52-inch models and sporting Toshiba’s new two-tone “Surface Tension” design with black bezel.
Moving on is the Regza VX540 Series that was created for “Sports and Action” lovers and will be available in 42-inch, 46-inch and 52-inch models. The RV530 series offers 1080p resolution with ClearFrame 120 Hz frame rate and a new 5.5 pull-down that will allow for “clear fast-motion” video.
Wrapping it up we have the Cinema series Regza XF550 for those “High Style” consumers. They feature a super narrow bezel coming in at just 0.9-inches and the SoundStrip 2 speaker system. The XF550 offers 1080p full HD resolution with ClearFrame 120 Hz frame rate and the 5.5 pull-down. They will be available in 40-inches, 46-inches and 52-inches and all include 3 HDMI 1.3 inputs, with the Regza link for easy component connections.
