Breaking: MSI shipping Wind U100s

MSI has begun shipping their Wind U100 notebook computers. A release from the company says “all” pre orders have shipped.

You can find the 10″ U100 Wind at Fry’s and online New Egg, Amazon, Fry’s, ZipZoomfly, MWave.com and Buy.com. A quick check finds buy.com sold out but Amazon seems to still have some.

You’ll recall the U100 features Windows XP and a 3 cell battery and are priced at $479.99. A 6-cell battery is due in September as well as a Linux version. Batteries are upgradable.
