Thanko offers hand cooling keyboard; may be helpful, still looks silly

You know those products that you would like to have, but they haven’t been invented yet? Well, this new product from Thanko certainly fits under that category. Whenever your on the computer for extended amounts of time, especially during the summer, your hands tend to get a little sweaty and that often becomes annoying. Thanko realized that this was an annoying problem and so they created this keyboard that has built-in fans to keep your hands cool.

Thanko is a company that is somewhat like Brando, and are known for their random, yet (sometime) useful products. This new keyboard, the Thanko Cooler USB keyboard, comes with three fans, and there is a switch located on the keyboard to turn on the fans or to turn them off. Additionally, it measures out at 51 cm x 22 x 3.5 cm. It is set to retail in Japan first for about 6,650 Yen, or about $62 US. If you live in a very hot region or experience sweaty hands often, then you might want to consider purchasing one of these innovative keyboards. Maybe Thanko can create a mouse with a built-in fan to keep your hand cool as well.
