I will be using these speakers with my desktop. I will put them on my desktop shelf in such a way that the bass can be felt at its maximum.

The iMac speakers are alright but it would be nice to have some good sounding speakers. I spend a lot of time at my desk and listen to music all the time.

I would surprise my father with these, he is crazy about computers as you can see from his setup but lacks the volume power to go with it. He plays Bass in a band and is constantly playing back their soundtracks so these would be a huge hit. It would be a great thing to give my father who gives so much to me! I am a college student and pricey gifts are hard to come by. I would appreciate the set but whoever they go to will love them I am sure.

    Thanks for your consideration!

I Would love to have some speakers like that. I like listening to music and playing games but my speakers aren't exactly… high quality.

Hopefully I can win these speakers and finally upgrade my 4 year old speakers. Thanks Gadgetell for such a great giveaway.

I really need these speakers. My ancient halfway decent receivers need something to flex their muscles with. My current speakers were found in the bowels of my Dad's basement, and in one of them, both tweeters work some of the time, and the the Woofer none of the time. On the other unit, both of the tweeters recently died, but the sub does. And with my budget, anything that is not life-critical and over $200 is not a priority. I'm still recovering from replacing my iPod.

This is a picture of the single speaker I have at the office, and I think it's blown. Heck at home I only have a PC speaker. With as big of a geek I am this is sad. But I am BROKE as of late.

Little speakers on the end of some of those wires coming from my computer pictured need to be replaced with the Axioms. Need more power to cut through the clutter.

    Here we go:

The current speaker setup for my main desktop computer is a hybrid of a Klipsch ProMedia subwoofer and a pair of PSB Alpha LR1s with a Creative X-Fi XtremeGamer as source.
