Live images of the Palm pre

I just spent some time hanging out in the Palm Lounge checking out the newly announced Palm pre and I can tell you that after seeing it in person, I am that much more excited and also that much closer to becoming a Palm fanboy once again. Unfortunately, the units on display were pretty limited and they were pretty tight about letting it out of their hands. So while technically, I did not get a “hands-on,” I was able to get some nice clear shots, along with some taken side by side with the iPhone 3G. Go ahead — check out the gallery, this is a really hot looking phone, and I have to say it looks really nice in person.
