The HP booth here on the show floor at CES seems huge, big enough in fact that every time I walk past it I tend to see something I have not before. This time it was the HP Mini 1000 Mi Edition, and after playing around with it, I will say it seems like a nice option — especially when you can pick one of those up for as low as $329.99. Overall, the desktop interface seemed intuitive and easy to use, so much so that your parents could be running Linux. In addition to the OS, the netbook itself is not to shabby looking. A little on the shiny side, which leads to plenty of fingerprints, however the top does have a nice fancy exterior design. Check out the gallery below.
