Sharing files on the web has become easier and easier. There are plenty of websites that let you upload files. However, one of the trade offs is when your buddy wants to download that file, they may have to wait through a forced waiting period so a site like Zshare or Rapidshare can drive you crazy. Waiting that 1 minute can be very very annoying.
Enter the SkipScreen Firefox add-on. It gets rid of the wait. And get this — they fully expect the download sites to not be happy with them. In their “Tips for Downloaders” section, they have a note to “update SkipScreen frequently, as we adjust to changes at the sharing sites…”
