Amazon.com now offering the Palm Pre

Yet another option has come about for purchasing a Palm Pre. Just recently, Amazon.com has joined the likes of Best Buy and Sprint by adding the Palm Pre as a currently available item.
In terms of pricing, Amazon is selling the Pre for the expected $199.99 with a two-year agreement. Overall nothing terribly exciting there in terms of price, however if you were considering an off-contract purchase then Amazon may be the way to go as it is currently offering the Pre for $499.99.
The one downfall here is the time frame as to when you can expect your Pre to arrive after you place your order; Amazon is currently listing the Pre as shipping within 4-6 weeks. Bummer.
