With the Nokia N900 just recently available overseas and not even expected to begin shipping here in the US until October, it hardly seems like an appropriate time to begin hearing rumors and seeing images of the follow up device. That said, it does not seem to have stopped the rumor mill from churning and turning out this image along with a few details of what appears to be the Nokia N920.
So far what we have is just this one image (pictured to the right), as well as a few scant details. Unfortunately those details may not make everyone, especially those that prefer a hardware keyboard all that happy. According to the rumored details, the N920 will ditch the hardware QWERTY in favor of the virtual keyboard. Other features include a 4.13-inch capacitive multi-touch enabled display and that it will be running Maemo 6.
Unfortunately that is it for now, the only other bit we have is that the N920 should be on the market sometime in mid to late 2010. In other words we still have a while to wait.
