Earlier this month, release candidates of Firefox Mobile for Nokia N900 started to show up, now Firefox Mobile 1.0 has finally arrived! The mobile version retains all functionalities of the Awesome Bar (just like in the desktop version), and also features WeaveSync, a tool to synchronize information like history, bookmarks and passwords between your desktop and mobile device. Another sweet feature is called the location-aware browsing, where supported web pages display information relevant to your current location based on your GPS coordinates. The release for the Maemo platform is just the beginning, as the Mozilla team is working on its Android counterpart.
