Toshiba's Android tablet gets pictured, shows off something not so nice -- the Camangi app market

It looks like the device that was once known as the Toshiba SmartPad now has a new name — Folio 100. And along with the new name, we have a new image of the device. Granted, the image is a render and not the real deal, but it is still enough to show some not so good news. First however, the good. The Toshiba Folio 100 is expected to coming sporting Android 2.2. That said, it does not appear to be a Google Experience device. In other words, no Android Market. Instead as you can see from the above image the Folio 100 will feature the Camangi Market, which for those unfamiliar, Camangi has their own Android Tablet and also their own Android app market. Which just for the record, is not nearly as full or nice as the official Android Market. With that, the Toshiba Folio 100 may be running Android, but it is not the Android most people want or expect. A shame because otherwise the specs look decent and include an 10.1 inch (1024 x 600) multi-touch display, Nvidia Tegra 2 processor, 16GB internal storage, 3G, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth, HDMI, USB 2.0, SD card reader and 1020 mAh battery that should be able to offer up to 7 hours of run time.
